Indian Navy is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 172 posts of Chargeman (Mechanic/ Ammunition & Explosive). Indian Navy Civilian Entrance Test (INCET-CM (MECH) & CM (AMMN & EXPL))- 02/2019. INDIAN NAVY INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 172 POSTS OF CHARGEMAN (MECHANIC/ AMMUNITION & EXPLOSIVE). LAST DATE — 28/04/2019
1. CHARGEMAN (MECHANIC)
No. of Vacancies: 103 Nos. (UR-41, SC-18, ST-06, OBC-28, EWS-10. Out of which, 09 posts are reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Production Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience: Two years working experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of design or production or maintenance of Engineering equipment or system from a recognized organisation.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 28/04/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.35400- 112400/-
2. CHARGEMAN (AMMUNITION & EXPLOSIVE)
No. of Vacancies: 69 Nos. (UR-25, SC-13, ST-07, OBC-18, EWS-06. Out of which, 05 posts are reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience: Two years experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of chemical engineering or processing from recognized organisation.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 28/04/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.35400- 112400/-
The selected candidates will be posted to various Naval Armament Inspectorate (NAI) Units at Depots/ Ordnance Factories/ DRDO Labs/ Quasi Military Establishments.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Computer Based Written Examination and Document Verification.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination/interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course as well as such information will be also available in the official website of Indian Navy — www.indiannavy.nic.in

NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/PWBD/EX-SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN CANDIDATES.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
